Mr. Taro Makimura is very professional and nice. We enjoyed so much working with him on that day. However, apart from that, we were disappointed by the counter staff at store, especiall y those on 2F reception. They know nothing about our reservation and one of them looked very annoyed and was not helpful totally. Other than that, all the local Japanese staff are very nice.
